Cauliflower - 1 big size( Cut into small pieces)
Onion - 2
Ginger-garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Cloves - 2
Cinnamon - 2
Salt - as needed
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tbsp
Red Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Oil - 4 tbsp
In a bowl, add 1 cup of water, a pinch turmeric powder and salt. Then add chopped cauliflower pieces & bring it to boil for 3 -4 mins. Filter the water and keep aside.
Heat 3 tbsp of oil, add chopped cauliflower and deep fry it till golden brown.
Grind onion and tomato into a smooth paste & keep aside.
In a pan, add oil,cloves and cinnamon & let it splutter.
Then add ginger -garlic paste and stir it till the raw smell goes off.
Add onion-tomato ground paste and stir it. Reduce the flame into low & add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,coriander powder and stir it.
Add salt and half cup of water & cook it until get a desired thick consistency(Stir it at regular intervals).
Finally add the fried cauliflower into the gravy&stir it for few mins. Then turnoff the stove.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve it with hot chapathi.
